Terms

The agreement between you and us when you use RelayDNS. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated 22 August 2026

Who this is with

These terms are between you and Sukses360 Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Creating an account means accepting them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it.

What the service does

RelayDNS helps your customers point a domain at your product. You create a setup describing the records needed. We detect who runs that domain's DNS, offer a one click approval where the provider supports it, show the records to add where it does not, and check public DNS until they are live.

We do not host DNS, and we do not register domains. We never write records ourselves: the customer's own provider does that, after they approve it.

Your account

  • Keep your API keys secret. Anything done with your key is treated as done by you, so rotate a key the moment you think it has been seen.
  • You are responsible for what your product sends us, including that you are entitled to request changes to the domains you name.
  • Do not share an account between people who should have separate access.

What you must not do

  • Use RelayDNS to alter DNS for a domain without the clear permission of whoever controls it.
  • Use it to support phishing, malware distribution, or impersonation of another service.
  • Try to reach data belonging to another customer, or probe the service for weaknesses other than by reporting them to us.
  • Resell the service as though it were your own infrastructure, without agreeing that with us first.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, and will say why unless telling you would make the harm worse.

Availability

We work to keep RelayDNS running, but we do not currently offer a service level agreement, and this page will not pretend otherwise. The service is provided as it is.

DNS propagation is outside anyone's control, including ours. We can tell you when records became visible to public resolvers. We cannot make them appear faster, and we cannot guarantee a third party provider will accept a change.

Changes to the service

The service will change as it grows. If we remove something you depend on, or make a change that breaks how you use the API, we will give reasonable notice rather than doing it silently.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like. We can end this agreement if you break these terms, or with reasonable notice if we stop offering the service. When it ends, your setups stop being processed and your data is deleted as described in our privacy page.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
